We created a businessman’s thinking boutique…

Carleon Capital Partners LLC (“Carleon”) was created in 2007 as the investment management arm of Roundtable Investment Partners LLC —our founders’ family office.

From the start, we knew we did not want to be just another client of a large, diversified firm. After conducting an extensive review and analysis of the investment capabilities of all the major industry participants, we concluded a different and better approach was needed.

Given our collective experience in creating firms where strong culture and aligned incentives help attract and retain exceptional talent, we set out to fill the void. Drawing on our knowledge and the founding partners’ 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, we endeavored to create a businessman’s thinking boutique—a world class investment team with global reach and a diverse set of investment networks.
